I'm finally catching up on the latest issue of Saveur, and the Saveur 100 mentioned the DVD documentary Hamburger America. I so need this. My disdain for the thing served at McDonald's that's almost completely unlike a hamburger ("you current have hamburger and no hamburger in your inventory") aside, there are few food, imho, more inherently enjoyable than a burger.
