I'm so glad to hear that this case was thrown out. I'm agnostic, and generally sympathetic to atheism in general, but assholes like this give skeptics a bad name. What this putz wants to to establish state-mandated religious persecution and to institute something tantamount to the thought police.

Guys like this are to skepticism what PETA is the environmentalism.
