For the record, I fixed my Elayna's Nintendo DS (a birthday present from a grandma, and something she definitely was upset about possibly breaking).

I get major daddy points this week.

More importantly, I don't have to deal with tech support. Woohoo!

(Of course, this is the week that Elayna has decided to re-discover Kingdom Hearts, so the PS2 is actually what she can't live without today).

I remember when I first learned there were things my Pappa couldn't fix. I wasn't at all upset with him. I was upset with myself. Only fallable I could have damaged something so badly, even Pappa couldn't fix it.

So whattaya think of the Kingdom Hearts stuff? Now that I'm finished with Jak and Daxter, I need a new light-hearted challenge to keep the horror games from freaking me out . . .

I enjoy the first one (the only one I've played), although it's definitely a different feel than you might expect from Disney franchises. You get some traditional rpg elements -- including the need to just plain level up -- and a surprisingly complex amount of puzzle solving and plot. Defintely fun.

KH2 is awesome but there are certain things that bug me. its become more like Prince of Persia: Warrior Within where you keep going back and forth between worlds (in that case eras) i liked the finish one world in one shot deal of KH. but im completely loving the Master Form its very badass
