More Amazon DVD sales

Yesterday, I noted that Season Two of Dead Like Me was on sale at Amazon for $17.47 (65% off).

They've got a few other nifty deals:

The VIP limited edition of Showgirls is going for $8.97 (but note that it lists "6-24 days" as the shipping time, which means that availability is suspect).

And , for those who want something that's possibly less class, Footballer's Wive$ Season 1 and Season 2 are going for $18.47 each (47% off), and are showing as in stock.

And, for those who want things with a little less overt sex, there's always the Battle of the Planets Ultimate DVD Box Set, going for $26.47 (55% off), not a bad little deal. But in the end, you know Jason, Princess, and their buddies probably got up to stuff just as twisted as those soccer players and their spouses.

ETA: Looks like Amazon's pulled the plug on all these deals. Anyone manage to get one shipped at the price offered?

I got both seasons of Dead Like Me at my store on our "Buy 1 get 1 free sale". Only payed $52 for both. Not as good as Amazon's sales but still good.

I think the hubs was able to get the DLM season 2 for that price. Thank you so much for posting it. I love that show have been wanting the second season for awhile.
