Thursday links and stuff
Jul. 6th, 2006 11:08 am1. X-Men 3: The Abridged Script
It's actually more engaging than what finally made it to the screen, although it also blows a lot of good opportunities for humor.
2. Chapter Feeds -- featuring sample chapters from various Holtzbrinck publishers (including Tor, St. Martin's Press, Henry Holt, and others). Available with handy RSS notifications, of course.
3. There's going to be a third Kate and Cecy book! Woohoo!
4. I just received spam from "Joseph Conrad." Not quite up there with Lord Jim or The Secret Agent, but not nearly as bad as the spam I got from "Herman Melville."
5. Today is the last day to vote for the final players on the MLB All-Star rosters. Go vote. That said, although I'm as huge a Mets fan as anyone, if you're voting for Billy Wagner, you must be smoking better crack than me. Seriously, he's not even amongst the top five players left off the main roster, let alone the best of them. Vote for Nomar or someone else who deserves a slot.
