1. Saw Clerks II yesterday, and loved it. But holy shit, did I want to have a DVD or Tivo version just for the end credits (which contain about three pages of various Kevin Smith comments, and which have a false ending that eventually leads to a massive thank you to the Myspace crowd, and a note at some point saying, "Christ, I spend too much time on the Internet."). Yeah, it was crude, and no, it wasn't as good as the first one, but it was still fun. And hey, Rosario Dawson. Yum.

2. Over in KOL, I hit level 11 today, but ran out of turns just as I got to the tower, dammit. *grumble*.

3. I'll be running five hours of training today over two different courses, so as of about three minutes from now, I'll be mostly offline today. Yes, we're kicking into high gear here. Let's hear it for coffee.

4. If you hadn't figured it out from the post last night, yes, we've gotten hooked on The Closer this summer, even with their mishandling of French toast.

It's taking me forever and a day, but I'm finally getting close to finishing my first run on KOL!

The Closer is fun, I'm liking it better this season than last now that they're past the part where Kyra Sedgwick has to prove herself and so on and so forth (which was interesting, sure, but it's more fun now that the detectives mostly get along and I know 'em better, etc.)

Be nice when you're watching it as the "content is sensitive to some viewers."

thank yew!

I actually saw the end credits of Clerks II first, entering the theater while others were filing out from the earlier show. That worked out well enough (I'm with you on the DVD/TiVo thing, man, though maybe News Askew will post Smith's credits comments, like it's sometimes done); I should have stayed for the credits again, but I had to hustle for a bus.

And I could watch Rosario Dawson for a long time.

Damned shows on not-basic cable. I can't remember if my ex is sending me The Closer along with Monk and something else new.

I'll have to find someone to see Clerks II with because I'm not thinking it's [livejournal.com profile] wispfox's type of movie.

Also enjoyed Clerks 2! Wasn't as good as the first, but I think it's because it wasn't really trying to be the first. It was... sorry, my roommate is pretending to be a dinosaur. Where was I?

Crap, I've forgotten.

For a belated graduation gift, [livejournal.com profile] blitheandbonny gave me season one of The Closer. Just in time for me to watch the entire season on my day off during studying before the season premiere.

And my super-scheduling-boyfriend actually had it listed *on* the schedule he wrote for my bar exam week.

So yeah. I'm hooked as well. And Monday's ending was amazing. Despite the french toast.
