The Closer

Today was long. From the time I made my last post until leaving work, I was swamped, and thus didn't manage to post much.

But I did want to note how happy I am that TNT re-ran the entire second season of The Closer yesterday, allowing me to catch the four episodes I'd missed. This included "To Protect and to Serve," which had possibly my favorite opening ten minutes of the season.

And then there was the finale. With Charlie Fucking Utter! Yay!

Now, if only TNT would show some episodes from the first season, for those of us who came late to the party.

Is "To Protect and to Serve" the one with the Skybox Tickets w/ Flynn and Provenza. Because that's my favorite episode and has the BEST lines EVER in the history of the series.

There's a second season? Oooh. We've only had season 1 in the UK...


I wonder if the DVDs will be out when we're back on the other side of the pond...
