Beer Battered Deep Fried Bacon Double Quarter Pounder!
Need anything else be said?
And, just as I know a bunch of you are horrified at this concept, I know that at least five of you are thinking about how good this would be right about now.
As for me, the only problem I have is the choice to start with a McDonald's Quarter Pounder, instead of a good hamburger. The starting ingredients in any recipe make a huge difference.

Date: 2006-09-06 02:44 am (UTC)My uncle is one of those guys who's worked in a million resturaunts. One night, when it was really dead, they were discussing what the most decadent thing would be. The answer was.....beer battered deep fried bacon. So, they were bored....and made it. He said he couldn't even get through a single strip :)
