Still not giving up on LJ. Have a lot of comments to reply to and posts to make. But given my lack of time, here's a video that makes me happy. I need to post more fully about Pitch Perfect, which is a delightful but not unproblematic movie, but for now, here's a bonus video from the DVD, featuring most of the core cast (excluding Rebel Wilson), youtube celeb Mike Tompkins, and crowdsourced clips submitted by hundreds of folks, all mixed together into a cover of Nikki Minaj's "Starships." It's good silly fun, made better by how much the folks involved seem to be enjoying it (yes, actors are, by definition, people who act, but the crowdsourced part seems pretty genuine). Bonus feature: Given my faceblindness and the fact that their hair is different in the movie, I can't for the life of me tell which of the core cast is Anna Camp, Brittany Snow, and Alexis Knapp (mind you, I can tell that there are three distinct people here, just not which one is Chloe, Aubrey, or Stacie).
