yendi1. As a Jets fan, I would like to petition the NFL to officially end the season now. Right fucking now. Because if it ends today, we're in first place, with the leaders in passing and receiving yards. And I am not deluded enough to think that'll be the case for long.
2. That said, I'm still really, really happy with the job Pennington did. And with the team as a whole, excluding a certain field goal "kicker."
3. Although I certainly don't wish to see someone like Trent Green hurt in the process, Herm Edwards losing his debut game with the Chiefs after the shennanegans he and Peterson pulled in the off-season? Priceless.
4. Manning vs Manning was fun. Both kids are damned talented.
5. Now if the Vikings can pull off the Monday Night win, I'll be damned happy with the week (I'm indifferent when it comes to the Vikings, but I hate the 'skins as much as I hate any team that's not named the Miami Dolphins).
