According to this post by kradical, Charles L Grant has passed away.

I was reading Grant before I even realized it (his pseudonym, Lionel Fenn, was the author of credit on some of my favorite fantasies when I was a young teen), and enjoyed him even more when I discovered his more adult stuff.

Damn.

Just found out via a entry by greygirlbeast
I had all 11 of his Shadows anthologies (trade softcover,
the hardbacks were too expensive) at one time.

I was introduced to a lot of good writers through him
plus his own writing and will miss him.
