According to the director of the Terrorist Screening Center, it’s a regrettable inconvenience for those with these names to have to go through heavy screening at the airport, but it’s the price people have to pay to protect national security.

I have to wonder how much of things like this is the TSA being directed to implement a security policy according to some half-assed congressional specs. I know that when they write policies about subjects I do understand, the fact that they don't know what they are talking about shows very clearly. Like the one where you have to prove that you are an adult by providing a credit card number if you want to see nekid women.

And, it is my recollection, dim and foggy though it may be, that the original Sam Adams was a bit of a terrorist. Something about a bunch of tea and taxes....
