Yet another RSS aggregator.

But it's from Google.

The interface is pretty nice, and it has some nice tools (including the ability to pull a username from most of the major blogging services, LJ included).

I switched over to using Google Reader full-time about three weeks ago, and I've been pretty damn happy with it -- much more so than any other tool I'd tried. The recent updates to the interface are pretty spiffy and make it actually, y'know, usable (which the original version really, really wasn't).

Point of info no one will care about, but I'm gonna say it anyway: we interviewed one of the guys who's now on the Google Reader team for a web development position when I worked at Turbine. It seemed pretty obvious to me then that he was way overqualified for the position; I think he's doing far better for himself at Google. :)

Oh, man, you and me both. I've never particularly wanted to live in Cali, but I would if I could work at Google.

Or Pixar. That'd be fine, too.

Have they added a "mark all read" option someplace that I can't find? That's been my only real beef with google reader since it first became available.
