Firefly coming as an online MMORPG!
Dec. 8th, 2006 10:06 amFirefly will become an online RPG.
I bet the game rocks, but has all sorts of downtime, and gets shifted to different servers constantly over the span of a few months. Then, just as folks are starting to get into it, it'll be cancelled. Only to be released as a standalone game two years later that has all sorts of plot holes and fucks with everything I liked about the original.
No, I'm not bitter. Why?

Date: 2006-12-08 05:47 pm (UTC)Of course, the first two episodes were the execrable "The Train Job" and the mediocre "Bushwacked," the two worst episodes of the show, so it's not surprising that most folks didn't stick around on the off-chance that something good would come.
But people weren't getting into it. That was the problem......
