Arisia day one stuff

yendi1. Took the bus in, which meant a good long walk at the end, but it was a nice day outside.
2. Registration was a breeze. Yay!
3. My panel went fine. Two more tomorrow -- we'll see how well I handle those with the usual con lack of sleep.
4. Spent some time gaming -- mainly Chrononauts, but also played Formula De for the first time.
5. Con suite isn't up to last year's mega-standards, but is still more than serviceable.
6. Except for the lack of any coffee but decaf when I hit it around midnight.
7. Boskone party was quite nice.
8. Saw lots of people. Too tired to try to name folks now.
9. New hotel has some issues (art show on the 16th floor? WTF?), but also has 24 hour food service in the lobby that includes $1.35 slices of pizza and other reasonably priced items. That's fucking fantastic.
10. Lots more, but I'm exhausted. Off to bed.
