Arts and Letters Daily (from the folks at the Chronicle of Higher Education) might be my new favorite site. Just tons of nifty stuff to read (of interest to everyone, not just folks involved in Higher Ed), covering all fields and ranging across all political spectrums.

I tend to hate comments along the lines of "that is so 1999" but golly-- I just assumed you knew about that one it's been around so long and is so popular. They even linked to my weblog back in the day, so they must've been around for quite a while! :-)

But yeah, it's a nifty site and I'm all for pimping it.

:-) I long ago realized that I'd never, ever, find everyhing cool on the net, and I'd likely miss tons of good memes and fun sites over the years.

What's sad, of course, is that I've been subscribing to the Chronicle's e-newsletter for years, but never bothered clicking over to the oft-pimped site because I figured it was just another section of the main newspaper.
