Well, crap
Mar. 7th, 2007 02:54 pm The debut of Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll lifted the 9 p.m. hour to an improved 3.2/ 5 in the overnights, with full retention out of lead-in Gilmore Girls (3.2/ 5). Compared to the week-ago metered market performance for recent occupant Veronica Mars (1.8/ 3 on Feb. 27), that was an increase of a hefty 78 percent.

Date: 2007-03-07 09:14 pm (UTC)I don't know of a single person in my entire life who was chosen to do it. How can it be representative? Seriously?
It doesn't take into account TiVO or taping or online watching or COLLEGE KIDS. (At least until recently, if you were at college, you weren't considered part of the viewing public. And isn't that a key demographic?)

Date: 2007-03-07 10:07 pm (UTC)Two things:
1) I watched the first few minutes out of the corner of my eye because I was folding laundry, didn't care, and was morbidly curious (because secretly, the dreck that is reality television occasionally fascinates me). I quit watching after the forty-seventh "OMG, taht BitCH, seh is teh reason we look bad!1eleven."
2)As a result of that painful twenty minutes I had that idiot "Don't Cha" song stuck in my head ALL FUCKING NIGHT.
