yendiOn the day when lots of, for lack of a better phrase, aggrandizing lies are being told about one sports legend, here's a great piece about a sports figure who really will be leaving this earth too soon.
(And yeah, watching the '86 series remains one of my favorite moments ever. But even after learning about how ill-behaved most of the '86 folks were, it was hard not to love Carter.)
