Typo of the Week
Jun. 4th, 2007 11:45 amOne of the product-specific mailing lists is currently having a long back-and-forth discussion over the Java pop-up warning messages that appear if a browser isn't one of the app's "approved" browser types. The person who initiated the thread is really frustrated, and meant to send a message with the subject Furious With Java.
Instead, however, they sent a message reading, Furies With Java.
And there's a new message in the thread every couple of hours.
So now I'm regularly picturing Alecto, Megaera , and Tisiphone at Starbucks.
(And yes, it could have been worse; the original sender could have doubled the "r")
