Gaby probably shouldn't have thrown that jab in to Counsel about how they should handle criticism, though. Obviously they should take it and work with it, but the counsel definitely doesn't give a shit. :)
Gaby definitely has the same attitude as the Consumerist as a whole. I suspect those comments were less "advice" to Tracy than a way of poking at Dell publicly.
