Inside jokes that have amused me today

1. Shortly into Blindsight, matociquala apparently gets tuckerized as a street corner.

2. My Tivo viewing of Homicide (which has almost come full circle) is up to the episode "Partners and Other Strangers." Harlee McBride's character, Alyssa Dyer, talks about how after Munch, she gave up on dating detectives, and has now found love with a stand-up comedian. McBride, of course, is married in real life to stand-up comic Richard Belzer. Who played Munch on Homicide (and continues to play him on seventy-three other shows).

And poor Munch continues to be wasted on SVU... they even brought in a brand-new detective on the season finale. Hey, Dick Wolf, you already underuse Belcher and Ice T -- don't go adding ANOTHER reason not to use them!!
