Amazon is selling the Ingmar Bergman Special Edition DVD Collection for $51.99 (57% off)!

Surpsingly, they only offer a 13% discount on the late Jim Varney's Essential Ernest Collection, selling it for $12.99. I guess they figure that the Varney fans will come out of the woodwork for cheaper deals.

If there is in fact a God, he's probably making Bergman direct a movie starring Jim Varney.

Interestingly enough, I am a fan of Jim Varney, but not of his movies. I met him, way back in the mid 70s, when he was still schilling for local dairy companies, when he came to my school to speak at an assembly, and I have been a fan ever since. I actually met him in the parking lot, and unlike my classmates, got the chance to speak to him personally. But, I do not like his movies. Go figure. Interesting what makes one a fan, and why, isn't it?
