yuki_onna's amazing The Orphan's Tales: In the Night Garden, already a Tiptree-winner, is shortlisted for the World Fantasy Award for best novel! Alongside some other folks I've never heard of before with last names like Kushner, Wolfe, and King. Yay!

On the very off chance you aren't actually kidding about Ms. Kushner, I suggest tuning in to WGBH radio (89.7) on Sunday for Sound and Spirit. One of the coolest dayjobs for a fantasy author EVAR!
