It seems Minear didn't wise up, but got lucky when Fox got outbid.

And I really could be less interested in that show.

I still lament that he was not able to get the director's chair for Fantastic Four, as that would have kept him in good projects for a long time.

I always wondered if Tim Story got the job by accident when the producers hit the wrong Tim in their speed dial.

I'll pay a million dollars for Nathan Fillion to be the televangelist.
I'll pay a zillion dollars for Tim Minear to be joking when he says, "It's a love letter to the religious."

All of those projects listed... and no mention of Firefly! The forgotten program!

Is he actually making it, or is it yet another show where he's brought in to fix it? Because aside from Firefly, that's been true of every show he's done since Angel.

I love Tim, but honestly? The Insider and Drive weren't actually very good TV shows. And in the case of the latter, it's hard to blame FOX for cancelling a show that they promoted up the ass and which still got beat by two sitcom reruns on CBS.....

It's a love letter to the religious.

Great. Because they need more pandering. Well, I guess you gotta go where the money is, right?
