IIRC, Lou Ferrigno has profound hearing loss. Does that mean he'll be taking direction cues from his (undoubtedly much smaller) partner?

I dunno. I'd imagine that they've worked out a plan. He certainly can't be the first hard-of-hearing person to dance.
