You know, I really want someone to go up to Larry Craig and shout, "You are one of them! You are gay! You are a homosexual! I know it, your family knows it, dogs know it! The only one who doesn't know it is you!"

Pleading guilty to a crime you say you didn't commit is sure an odd way to overreact to something.

Just the other day I had a rough time at work and turned myself in for drunk driving.

After he was taken for questioning, the police report says, Craig pulled out of a Senate business card and asked the officer: "What do you think of that?"

Prick.

I noticed that he didn't say anything that would be made a lie if he later was forced to admit he's bi.

The best part of the story is the link "Watch Craig say he did nothing wrong." So slyly accusatory.

I take some pleasure in watching the rightwing mouthpieces try to explain why craig should resign but vitter shouldn't.

Why is that a "Rightwing mouthpiece" position? Craig and Vitter are both Republicans, so it's not like they're saying "The liberal should quit, but the conservative is okay."

Governors name senate replacements if the senator steps down

Craigs governor is a republican, vitters governor is a democrat.
