And curse Dawn Ostroff as much as you'd like. Of the new CW slate, only Reaper even begins to compare in quality (with the note that I still haven't seen Aliens in America; but Gossip Girl is a sucking pile of suck with extra suck thrown in).

It was just great to see her as VM again and seriously, so far she really looks uncomfortable in her Heroes role. Unless that has to do with the character and whoever her father is supposed to be, so she's always very unsure of herself and only happy when she gets to be completely reckless.

That was entertaining, but color me unconvinced. I don't believe for a moment--and haven't since I first heard this retooling was being considered--that the Veronica Mars I know and love could ever, EVER make it through the FBI Academy. They're big on rules and procedures and if there's one thing we know about Veronica, she very much isn't.
