Holy fucking shit!

Of course, since it's on Fox and has Minear behind it, it'll last four episodes. But hooray for even those four!

Yes, squee tempered by the fact it'll be on FOX, but yeah, you're right -- even if all we got was the pilot, that'd be more Joss, and that's never a bad thing. (Almost never, anyway.)

Oh well, as you said, hooray for the four episodes we'll actually get!

(I figure it'll go something like this: After a lot of fanfare and hooplah, they'll air the first episode, maybe the first two. If it's not an immediate super-mega-hit, they'll panic and move it to a different night, which will cause a drop in ratings, so they'll move it again, causing a bigger drop. Then they'll put it on hiatus for a few weeks, before airing one or two more episodes, and then it will simply vanish.)

I taunt one of my co-workers with the fact that I held Eliza in my arms.

Of course, I probably didn't. I'm pretty sure, however, that my mom held her. I remember her crying at some of my brothers Cub Scouts meetings. One of her brothers and my little brother were best friends for a while, back in elementary school.

I've been told she's no longer a newborn baby, though. Go figure. =)

Yes, extras will be good. :) Of course, here in the UK, by the time they aired Firefly, we had the pilot first and all of the filmed episodes shown in the correct order.
