"Moonlight has twice the audience of Gossip Girl despite the hype."
Wow. Just goes to show how much of a difference there still is between the big three networks (CBS being in third place, I believe) and CW. A show that gets the axe for not being successful enough on CBS is still drawing way more viewers than one of CWs biggest shows....
I hope it gets picked up for the sake of the Moonlight fans, even though I'm not one of them. I tried it when it first started but I didn't get into it.
on today's episode of 'the internet,' i learned that there's some awful looking vampire show named 'moonlight' and there's a network called 'cw.' . (seriously, i hadn't heard of either of those things before reading this post.)
Eh. Moonlight struck me as doing nothing I hadn't seen done before (and better) on Forever Knight and/or Angel.
On the other hand, I'm still watching Smallville, for god's sake, so take that into consideration when weighing my opinion. (In my defense, once in a blue moon they do something that's actually worth seeing, plus...Allison Mack as Chloe is my raison d'view. Well, her and Lex. Now that Lex is out and Chloe may not be back next season, I'm outta there at long last.)
Vampires. Fneh. Effeminite whiny bloodsuckers (see Lestat, Louis, Angel, and Spike in the last season of Buffy). The best recent treatment of vampires was in 30 Days of Night. Those guys were bad ass.
I want a TV series about a zombie cop. That would be some quality entertainment.
Good for them I guess. I heard after what was a TERRIBLE pilot the show actually managed to get pretty good. Not that I ever saw it. Because, you know, TERRIBLE pilot...
