When I buy stuff online, I tend to do it from either big retailers, small local businesses with web presences, or individual people (usually artists or artisans).
One thing I haven't done since the '90s is buy from unknown large retailers with no storefronts. Yeah, Amazon stated that way, as did a bunch of others. But then you get crap like KlearGear.com.
Quick summary: This half-assed borderline criminal enterprise is attempting to use a hidden clause in their TOS (which might not have been there years ago) to "fine" customers who posted a negative online review.
Needless to say, they're starting to get their ass handed to them, as well they should. Just an appalling and deceitful company. Since I've never done business with them, I'd love to see them try to fine me.
