Stop releasing "final" products that crash ten times as often as your stable beta products do.

Seriously, I need to set up a script that pops up a message say, "Are you sure you want to print? Because some drunken Firefox developer inserted some code at the last minute that causes the browser to crash about 50% of the time you try to print from the browser."

I haven't tried printing from FF3 on my PC, but it crashes constantly. I think last Thursday it crashed something like 20 times over the course of the day. If that's a stable release, I need to re-look-up the definition of the word "stable," 'cause it doesn't mean what I think it means.

I LIKE Firefox, but I even have my suspicions about the last version. For one thing, it has never once started up without noting that my previous sessions ended suddenly and would I like to restore? Even when I deliberately shut them down. And it turned into real CPU usage hog after a while. (I double checked to see if I had accidently got a virus somehow, but no, it was just Firefox being pissy over its tabs.)

I haven't had crashes, but I have had a problem with firefox not printing the entire HTML file, somehow cutting off a half page (after the first page) of the content then merrily printing along the rest (without leaving space for it or anything).

I'm in your boat on this one. It's been very stable for me on PC and Linux. (Well, there are issues in Linux, but they are Flash issues and affect Thunderbird and Liferea, too)

Hmmm. Sounds like I'll wait on dl'ing the latest version for a bit then...

I haven't had a problem with printing, but there are some problems with rendering that I've noticed.

They crashed on me like 10 times the first few days. Like 10 times a DAY. I deleted a lot of my add-ons and that seemed to help.

Sucks though.

Before you leap to any conclusions, you might want to compare the number of people saying "no problem over here" to the number of complaints.

I mean, if your intention is to be rational.
