The New York Times is paying attention to Middleman, which is a damned fine summer show (and about as geek-friendly as they come).

As always, summer viewing continues to get better -- Middleman, In Plain Sight, Weeds, Venture Brothers, and half-naked Billie Piper Secret Diary of a Call Girl are all fun, and we haven't even gotten to Eureka, Burn Notice, or The Closer yet.

I watched the pilot and adored Middleman; I plan on following it, for sure and definitely. I described it to Dr. Sweetheart and he remains unconvinced. Maybe this article will help.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl are all fun

You must have watched a different version of the show than I did. That's the only conclusion I can come to.

I watched Middleman last night and didn't really love it. I'm not pleased with the casting, but I'm willing to give it a chance.

In Plain Sight is fun, but sadly overadvertized and overexposed. Way to kill the fun in a show! Still I'm greatly looking forward to new season of The Closer, Saving Grace, and Psych (if they do indeed bring it back)

Eureka looks fun!
