Your LiveJournal paid account for user "yendi" is expiring in 12 days, at
which time it'll revert to its previous status.

Why hasn't LJ figured out that giving a little more fucking notice would be helpful? Some of us have things like paydays to plan around. A month would be a little more helpful.

Why is it that I seem to be the only one that gets these notifications like 3 months ahead of my expiration date?!?!

I get 'em well in advance, too. I guess we're special.

I so agree. Such a PITA. It would be nice if i could, y'know, budget.

Of course I finally broke down and paid for a year, but *shakes fist.*

The last time mine expired I didn't GET a notice - just logged in and suddenly my account was no longer "paid" status. I'm assuming it went into a spam filter, although none of my other LJ stuff does...

There's certainly a continuum; GoDaddy emails me every 15 days for six months when I have a domain expiring.
