Amazon's TV Deal of the Week is Wonderfalls for $19.49 (51% off).

If you somehow don't own this, you need to. It's wonderful, with a great cast (including Jewel Staite for a few episodes), witty writing, and a plot that actually gets tied up quite nicely in one season. Go buy it, and then curse out the Fox execs who killed it (after doing their damnedest to fuck with its scheduling in the first place).

And the Deal of the Day is the Alien Quadrilogy for $25.99 (57% off). LIke Wonderfalls, the Alien Quadrilogy is touching and funny*, and it also contains mountains of ichor!

Really, both sets belong in every DVD-owner's library. Go grab 'em.

*Well, the scenes with Newt are touching. And Bill Paxton if fucking hysterical.

Seconding the pimp for Wonderfalls. It should be noted it's another brilliant Bryan Fuller (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0298188/) show. He of Dead Like Me and now Pushing Daisies.

Wonderfalls was fantastic. Bryan Fuller is probably my favourite TV comedy producer. Left to do what he does best, he creates pure genius. Too bad TV execs just don't fucking get it.

Lee.
