Amazon's Deal of the Day is Gilmore Girls: The Complete Series for $111.99 (57% off). Even though the last two seasons sucked on just about every level, I'd still hop all over this one if I had the spare cash (we only have the first two seasons on DVD, which is why this is more tempting than the periodic sales on the complete Buffy set (which also sucked during its last two seasons, didn't it?)).

And the DVD deal of the week is The Dog Whisperer: Seasons 1-3 for $65.99 (45% off). I've never watched the show, but if the man can train Eric Cartman, he's clearly pretty special.

I liked great chunks of it. But it's not the cohesive unit that the previous ones are.

Very true. I think part of it is also that I saw it almost back-to-back with Season 7 so it just glowed by comparison.

I actually did get the complete Buffy.. it's pretty cool.

I keep missing the complete Angel.
