He was there during Bischoff's first run and I think even after Bischoff was let go.
He was the "VP". He didn't actually do anything, but sit on his ass and be proud of working in wrestling. I'm sure once in awhile he'd come up with a dumb idea. Like turning Raven and Sandman into former rich boy preppies. and then having the angle disappear a week later.
I know there's not much he ever did, cause Foley, Flair, Hogan, Jericho, etc. never fucking mention him, but in passing as "that guy".
Basically he's just a bad comedy writer, who somehow gets work. Hollywood is full of them... you know that.
