yendiWas at a web 2.0 in education conference yesterday, which was damned good overall. That said, the guy presenting on Second Life had the best line while we sat through yet another endless screen redraw:
"If you like waiting, you'll love Second LIfe."
Which, in so many ways, sums up why SL isn't ready for mainstream use in education. Or almost anywhere.
