Your entire fucking reality show career is the result of your family name. So when you make a racist remark and get dropped from a show for it, well, of course it wouldn't have come about if you'd had a different name. Because you'd be a total nobody, instead of the near-nobody you already are. And no one would pay you to be on TV in the first place, then.

(Oh, and if the Beeb's really been handling this as poorly as it sounds like they have -- and the fact that Thatcher's not been fired sure indicates that this is the case -- there need to be some more folks getting dropped from shows. And the network.)
