State of the shoulder
Feb. 17th, 2009 05:26 pmThe doctor's short-term suggestion is to up my ibuprofen dosage (I try to err on the conservative side when it comes to self-medication), and combine that with a heating pad (or a heating moose, as I'll use). He's thinking tendonitis or something similar (and essentially equal, from a treatment pov). If things are the same in two weeks, we'll look for other options (i.e., do a referral to a specialist).
So, yeah, just popped some ibuprofen and have heated up the moose.
