Quick question for Boston folks

I've got a friend who's moving here soon, and the house she bought will need some work. Anyone know people who either handle floors (I think they're looking at refinishing them) or electrical work?

quiet_elegance is a Union carpenter. If he doesn't do the work himself, he may know who does.

As a lark, he built our chicken coop. Professionally, he fixed our ceiling when we had a pipe freeze and burst. I can vouch that he does excellent work.

I have a buddy who's a union electrician. I'll letcha know if he'd be allowed to go and do this on his own.
