Mar. 7th, 2002 04:10 pmSo, I know there are plenty of reasons for my feeling so blah lately, but a huge one is my being so damned out of shape. I've spent the better part of last year vowing to do something about it, and then failing to do so. I'm eating too much, and I haven't gotten a lick of exercise in ages. So my project for this weekend is to find my dumbbells (no smart alleck comments, please), and start doing at least some basic workout each morning. And to get back into something resembling good eating habits. When I got myself back into shape the last time (nearly five years ago now), I went from a size 38 waist to a 31. I'm back to nearly 37 now. Once I start disgusting myself, it's time to make changes. So I figure posting this publicly should help kick my oversized ass into gear. :-/
