So, today's all work again. Between various shit, all I really wanna do is just curl up in a ball and either sleep or cry (or maybe both). It's the combination of feeling a million obligations, and feeling utterly unimportant at the same time. But no time to do either. At all. Which also means no time to respond to all the comments I need to from yesterday, so please don't feel insulted if I'm ignoring you -- I still have about twenty I meant to get to. And by the time I'll be able to again, anything I'd have to say would be irrelevent. If you need to tell me something, email me -- I may not repond quickly, but I'll at least get it. I seriously doubt I'll be up-to-date on LJ for a while.

Off to handle an inbox of literally 600 messages.

The Trick is to Keep Breathing

I've handled literally over 120 email requests of one kind or another so far today, plus a few walk-ins. Plus a one-hour meeting that was totally fucking useless.

And the mess will continue for another 2.5 hours. And all day tomorrow. Etc.

Everyone else is swamped, too, not surprisingly.

Anyway, the good thing is, my lj client looks a lot more like "work" than I'd expected, so I can take a break and post this without anyone thinking I'm slacking (too bad I can't say the same about the LJ web pages).

And now, back into the trenches.
