On pie and other stuff

So, elorie and Raven came over last night, and they both managed to survive the experience of eating a slice of my pie, so I guess it was okay. Personally, I like it, but I think that I may add a little bti of rum the next time I make it -- the texture and flavor of the pie both seem to be calling out for it.

Alas, I somehow managed to fall asleep before 9. Hard. Woke up at 7 today, with only vagure memories of shadesong asking me if I wanted to wake up last night. It was rude as hell of me, with guests over, and weird, considering that in a house with two children, and the frequently-asleep-before-10 shadesong, to be asleep before everyone else. Guess the stress of the heaviest work weeks of the winter (last and next) is taking its toll.

According to Peter David's website, Bill Mumy will be reprising his role as Billy Fremont, that creepy kid from the original Twilight Zone series, on the new UPN show, playing the character as a grown up. There's a rumor that they also brought back Cloris Leachman, which would rock.
