Boris Pickett, R.I.P.

Just got home after one hell of a day (no time to breathe, no time online) to find out that Boris Pickett has passed away. He might only have been a one hit wonder, but "Monster Mash" is as good as hit as any to have.

Speaking of deaths

Jack Valenti has died.

On the one hand, I hated almost everything he stood for as MPAA head, especially his attempts to squash the VCR and his support for the DMCA. On the other hand, he did have that wonderful cameo on Freakazoid.
