Reminder

It's April 1. If you read a news story that sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Google, as always, has a bunch of good ones. Ones I've seen so far:

There's supposed to be a paper airplane option in Google Docs, but it doesn't show up for me (I'm assuming that the folks reporting that are the ones playing the joke).

Other good April Fool's stories

Cory Doctorow releases self under Creative Commons License (from the Locus fake news page).

ThinkGeek always comes up with wonderful gadgets, and the Betamax to HD-DVD converter is no exception. Their front page has a bunch of other items, including a teaser shot of Wii Sports for iPhone and a caffeinated cereal.

Meanwhile, News.com is reporting that Facebook head asshole Mark Zuckerberg will be hosting SNL.

TNA Wrestling is claiming that The Rock and Rave Infection have landed the cover of the next Rock Band game.

Over in Kingdom of Loathing, there are lots and lots of salad references. Including all icons and many combat words. There's also a Spectral Salad Factory. :-)

And for Starcraft 2 fans, Blizzard has announced the Tauren Marine.
