Amazon's Deal of the Day is Seinfeld - The Complete Series for $99.99 (60% off)!
There are a bunch of other DVD sales that have gone up recently:
The sale on Great Originals and Sequels includes huge discounts on movies from Home Alone, Die Hard, Transporter, Alien, Predator, Rocky, and other series.
There's a sale featuring 40% and more on Jason Statham films (which includes Blu-Ray as well as regular DVDs).
The super-hero DVD sale includes Iron Man, Smallville, Hellboy, animated Marvel and DCU, and dozens of others (including a bunch that aren't really super-heroes).
The 50% off Comedy sale includes All in the Family, Married With Children, The Three Stooges, The King of Queens, and Sanford and Son.
The Best Films of 1999 includes 53% off a bunch of films, including Saving Private Ryan, Titanic, There's Something About Mary, and even some films that are actually from 1999 (like South Park, The Blair Witch Project, and The Mummy).
All of the After Dark Horrorfest are on sale for $9.49 (37% off) each. As a rule, I've been underwhelmed by most of these, but I love the idea behind them (and I'll take any of these before sitting through Saw 18).
