The amount of time it takes between learning that a new de Lint (or, as is the case here, an unearthed and revised older de Lint) is availble for pre-order from Amazon, and the ordering it: about ten seconds.
Not sure I agree with the reference to Moonheart as "high fantasy," as it's generally considered a pretty fucking seminal urban fantasy novel (or mythic fantasy, if you prefer), but I'll let that slide.
