Today's BuyWithMe deal is for Savinos (no apostrophe, no matter what the offer says), a damned fine restaurant in Belmont. We took [livejournal.com profile] s00j and [livejournal.com profile] omnisti there, so I can vouch for it being a good place to take musicians, and [livejournal.com profile] shadesong and I celebrated at least one wedding anniversary there, so it's good for romantic dinners, too. You can see their menu here, to get a sense of how yummy the food is. We haven't checked to see if they have a gluten-free menu, although I suspect they could be accommodating.

So, in the Smurfs game for the iPad (which I downloaded because it was free. Do not judge me!), clicking on Smurfette when she's around other Smurfs causes her to blow kisses to them, the Smurfs to get little hearts over their heads, and each Smurf to gain 15 experience points.

Um, yeah. That's just smurfy.

I'm "Yendi8" on GameCenter and on Plus, if any of you are on either gaming network. Games I tend to play regularly on Plus include the assorted Ngmoco games (We Farm/City/Rule/Adventure), and a handful of others. And although there's not multiplayer, per se, Gamecenter games I play include Canabalt, Gun Bros, Angry Birds, Dungeons and Coins, Trucks and Skulls, and a few more.

Also, if anyone else plays Disc Drivin' (which I'm hooked on thanks to [livejournal.com profile] ckd), I'm "yendi" on that one, and am always up for a game or two (think of it as Pitchcar for the iPad).

I've got both Carcasonne and the free version of Words With Friends, but haven't really played either one on the iPad yet. I've also got Boggle, if anyone wants to send me a challenge.

Well, again, since he already did Peter and the Wolf. But here he is conducting an orchestra (via [livejournal.com profile] aedifica):
