Brief post this morning. Today's the day I Do All The Things, including a haircut not long from now, a vet visit for Victoria, and about a dozen other items. See yesterday's post for linkbacks to previous days as well as lots of kitchen gadget, video game, movie, and other deals.
The Deal of the Day is 60% off or more on all JBL ES Series Speakers and Subwoofers. I've never been enough of an audiophile (or flush enough with extra cash) to spring for subwoofers, but I do appreciate them when I hear them.
The Kindle Sci-Fi deal is Susanna Clarke's Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell for $1.99. Is there anyone who hasn't already read this one?
You can also nab American Gods: The Tenth Anniversary Edition for $3.99. It's been cheaper, but it's still a nice deal.
In terms of cost per word, it doesn't get much cheaper than Infinite Jest for $3.99.
In MP3s, the $2.99 albums I mentioned yesterday are joined by a bunch more in a $2.99 album sale. New folks include The Zac Brown Band, Florence and the Machine, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Coldplay, and LMFAO.
Spider-man Monopoly is $15.99 (60% off).
In video games, the download of The Secret World is $14.99 (50% off) and comes with the usual $5 credit.
NBA Baller Beats is $19.99 (50% off) for the Xbox and comes with that free basketball that's pretty much the gimmick of the game.
The Lego Minifigure 4GB USB Flash Drive is $18.63 (25% off). Yeah, it's a lot to pay for 4GB, but LEGO. And it's going for over list at a lot of dealers.
Finally, Star Wars: The Original Trilogy on Blu-Ray is $29.99 (57% off). Yeah, it's not technically the "original" versions, but at least it's only three movies.
