Believe it or not, Amazon's got actual deals today. And since I'm the only person awake in the house waiting for folks to open Christmas presents, I might as well type some of them up.

(Yesterday's post has deals on MP3 albums at $1.99 a pop, digital downloads of LEGO and other good games, and Harry Potter movies. Sunday's post has awesome deals on I Love Lucy, Batman Beyond, and the Rocky movies. Saturday's post has B5, BBC stuff, Dredd, Kindle deals, MP3s, kitchen stuff, and more.)

The Deal of the Day is on Epic Mickey 2 or Just Dance: Disney Party. Epic Mickey 2 is $19.99 (67% off) for the Xbox and PS3, $25 (37-50% off) for the 3DS/Wii. And Just Dance is $15.99 (40% off) for the Xbox or Wii.

There's also an all-videogames Lightning Deals Day. They've already had Rocksmith, and hints imply there will be lots of accessories, plus a few decent games (NHL 13, etc).

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is back down to $39.99 (33% off). Ditto Borderlands 2 and Assassin's Creed 3. Sleeping Dogs is down to $34.99 (30% off).

In game downloads, Just Cause 2 is $3.74 (75% off).

For once, all of the daily Kindle Deals are worth mentioning. The Deal of the Day is on Stieg Larrson's The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo for $1.99.

The Romance Kindle Deal includes a bunch of holiday-themed books by folks like Debbie Macomber, Brenda Novak, and Sherryl Woods for $1.99 a pop.

The Sci-Fi Daily Deal is on Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter for $1.99.

And the Kid/YA Daily Deal offers either The Lightning Thief or The Polar Express for $2.99.

Also cheap on Kindle: Bujold's The Curse of Chalion and Janny Wurts's Curse of the Mistwraith for $.99 each.

Finally, there's a baseball DVD sale! This one features mostly team retrospectives, either ones focusing on team histories (the Red Sox, Mets, etc), or on specific seasons (the Giants World Series set of 2012, the Twins of '91, etc). There's also, weirdly, one Masters set, because golf is just baseball with weird bats or something. Not even sure how to explain the Nebraska Cornhuskers set that got thrown in the sale.

I have now eaten an omelet made in Ziploc bags cooked in boiled water. It's the holiday.

Merry Christmas to anyone who celebrates today. Happy December 25 to anyone who doesn't.
